Sabertooth 990fx 2 part fan ?

There is a port on the sabertooth 990fx r3 above the USB slots.. any idea where to plug that fan into and is it a 40mm? 2 part so I got the cooler master genome 2 case with the cpu water cooler. It comes a 360mm radiator so the 3 radiator fans plug Into a hub and I plug that into the cpu opt and the water block to the cpu fan slot. Or should I have the block plugged into the pump slot and the hub plugged into cpu fan

So the 4 pin coming from the cpu should be plugged into the pump slot on MB?
