I'm building a new computer used for mainly gaming but at the same time I also want it to be a good at multitasking. The budget is 1400 euros (without the case).

This is what I've come up with.
The prices are somewhat different where I'm buying from. I'm getting really good deals on the motherboard and the RAM but I'm wondering if I'm not being too cheap on the latter, it's the CL16-18-18-38 version.
I'm not sure about the air cooler too but since I want to overclock a little and also have a quiet build I've gone for Dark Rock Pro 3, overkill perhaps? And if not, will it fit?
I'm pretty much decided on the rest but I'd still like an opinion on the build as a whole and if any components stand out.
