Losing my internet connection when playing online games!

Hello!

Yesterday I used the program SmartDriver to update my outdated drivers. Long story short, I updated the driver for my network adapter and afterwards everything works except the fact that whenever I want to play a game online like Hearthstone or Forgotten Hope 2 I get disconnected before I ever make it ingame. This is very weird in my opinion considering that I did not have these problems before using SmartDriver to update the drivers.
The two adapters currently showing in my device manager is:
Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller &
Realtek RTL8188EU Wireless LAN 802.11n USB 2.0 Network Adapter.

Help please!

Dont use 3rd party programs. Most of them either dont find the right driver. Or install something else that screws things up

Go to the mobo site and get the driver. Or if you use Win10 use the driver it installs

So you mean I should go to the mobo site and download the driver for my adapter? Should I uninstall any of the adapter drivers I listed?

You should uninstall whatever driver that program installed. Then uninstall that program

I would get the driver off the mobo site first. Otherwise unless windows installs one you wont get online after you uninstall the driver

What version of windows is installed?

motherboard. You have to find out what is it if youre using the onboard ethernet port. So you can get the right drivers for it

Get the chipset and audio if that doesnt work, and the LAN. Just download the latest version of each

You dont need any of the utilities

Uninstall the other driver first and Smartdriver

Your BIOS is also way out of date. Looks like F2 is on it from 2009. It's up to F9 now

I did update all the drivers you linked but the problem seems to persist. I tried joining an online server on Forgotten Hope 2 and I lost the connection to the server as soon as the loading to the map had finished.. This is frustrating as hell.

I managed to get past the loading and into an online game in Forgotten Hope 2 but it only took a few seconds, then it disconnected me from the game.

Should I maybe uninstall the driver for my adapter and then let windows reinstall it? I mean everything was working fine until I updated the drivers with EasyDriver...

Get rid of smart driver / easy driver whatever it is. What modem do you have?? That maybe the prob. Try updating the BIOS as well. Since yours is out of date
