Hi,everyone im new to Tom's Hardware and recently i buyed a new cpu and to install it i had to flash bios after i downloaded all the updates i could not flash my bios. Why ? IMAGE INTEGRITY CHECK FAILED !
IQulG
And after a lot of trial and error and almoust buying a new MBO i found a fix and when you see it,it will seem bizzare.
So what you need to do if you are it downloading from asus utility page istead of downloading it with mozilla, opera or torch downloading it with chrome (if that doesn't work IE,yes IE...)
and dont put the .ROM file on usb instead put on your C: or E: disk drive and then when in bios insall update from there.

Hope it helped :bounce:

Solution
I'm not sure about that problem with any browser, there's no reason for browser to restrict loading of BIOS file, specially not if it's Zipped. Some AV may object to .inf file if it's included.
Some MBs don't give you a choice and some even have USB ports dedicated to BIOS update and can't use any other.
