Just put together my new gaming PC last night and finally after everything was done, I fired the bad boy up and it didn't properly power up. Case fans powered on, motherboard lights powered on, CPU fan powered on but I wasn't receiving a signal to my screen. My motherboard has not yet to make any beeping sounds either. When I first power the PC on, the CPU fan will actually sound audible like its supposed to, but after about 2 seconds it'll go to a relatively low speed and become almost impossible to hear.
I will link a list to exactly what parts I have, AND I will also list what I have tried so far.
Wanted to see if anyone here can help me solve this on my own before I take it to a PC repair parts store.

What I have tried so far:
-Switched between HDMI chores, VGA and DVI chords, with different monitors and TV's
-Unplugging power source from wall, held power button on tower down for 30-60 seconds
-Reset CMOS by removing battery from motherboard for 30 minutes
-Removed one piece of RAM, only used one instead of both sticks. Ensured RAM stick(s) were fully pushed down (Confirmed by clicking sounds)
-Ensured all power supply was properly snapped into place, everywhere
-Ensured CPU was properly snug in place, where it was supposed to be. Ensured the cooler was exactly where it was supposed to be. Ensured all wires for the fan are properly in place.
-Started removing different pieces of hardware one by one, testing power ups to see if any of those pieces of hardware were the culprit. Eventually got down to just the motherboard, CPU and CPU cooler and +/- wires attached to the tower, plugged into the motherboard so that I may actually power on and off. Still the same results, no beeps, fan would immediately quiet down after 2 seconds.
