Will the i3-8100 work with the MSI B250M PRO-VD without a bios update?

I'm wondering, since i dont have another CPU that I could update the bios with.

Solution

i3-8100 will not work with any B250 motherboard, never. Currently the only motherboards working with 8th gen CPUs are Z370.
