I just built my first PC and started the boot and everything was working fine , installed a few drivers via usb from an older PC but after the bios update the computer crashed and since then its been continuously restarting on a loop without fully booting into the bios or any other screen and I have no idea how to fix it , help appreciated , thanks.
Specs :
CPU : Intel i5-7600
RAM : 16gb Crucial DDR4 2400mhz
Motherboard : Asus B150M Pro Gaming
GPU : AMD RX 580
Note:
Already tried using a paperclip&screwdriver to clear cmos , took out and replaced battery, re-seated and tried a single ram module.
