I just bought an Asus Rog Centurion 7.1 headset today, and i can see in the guide that there is a program for the headset called 'ROG Sonic Studio'. The Problem is that i got no cd with it, and i can't find a download link on the web.

Solution
Looks like your motherboard does not support it. Newest sound driver for your board is 6.0.1.7701, and it does not include Sonic Studio. On the other hand, look at Maximus VIII support page, it has sound drivers version 6.0.1.7904 that does include Sonic Studio and Sonic Radar. So either it will not work, or you can try to download drivers from Maximus page (http://dlcdnet.asus.com/pub/ASUS/misc/audio/V7904_20160815_WHQL_DTS_StudioSound_SonicSuite_2228.zip?_ga=2.128194767.2131672601.1511718819-1021158752.1511718819) and try to install just the Sonic Studio, without sound drivers.

Do you have the files? If my pc can't run the setup, is there any way that you can send the whole SonicSuite/Sonic Studio folder?

No, I don't have the files. But you can download it from the link I gave you, then go to /Drivers/SonicSuite directory and run SetupSonicSuite_R2.exe
It will either work, or give you some error and stop install. If latter, I'm afraid that could mean your motherboard is not compatible. But to be sure, you would need to ask Asus directly.
