Should I overclock my i5 3570K on a default Cooler?

I've got this processor for a few weeks now, and I'd like to know if it's a good idea to overclock it using the intel's default cooler and up to which point.

The stock intel cooler can barely keep it cool enough usually to not start slowing itself down so ocíng is out of the question without a good cooler.
