gpu and cpu help

Hi guys I’m planning to get a gtx 1060 6gb I’m wondering because I have a not very good cpu it’s a amd A8-7600 Radeon R7 I’m wondering if I could play game like gta on ultra or high settings at or around 60fps I would appreciate anyone to reply to this and help me out thank you

This APU (AMD A8-7600) would bottleneck the 1060 6GB, go with the GTX 1050 Ti (4GB).
FX-4300 (which equals your APU) and GTX 1050 Ti been getting me 50FPS on high settings on GTA V.
