Need help whether to use current cpu cooler or buy a new one

I'm meaning to upgrade my CPU to a Xeon X5460 which is modded for an LGA775 socket motherboard, I was wondering if an E18764 CPU cooler (which is what I currently have) would be enough to cool the CPU.

If it's not, could anyone recommend me one, I'm willing to pay up to £30 for one

Specs:
MOBO: Intel DQ35JO
Current CPU: Intel Duo Core E8400
RAM: 8GB
GPU: GTX 1050ti Mini
PSU: Corsair VS550 550W
CASE: AVP Storm-p28

yes..but if you can buy some better cooler, put the link of your close pc shop and i will tell you what is the best buy for 30e max

It will but if you want it really hard for an extended period of time the CPU cooler might not be able to keep up, that CPU will push that cooler to the limits at long heavy workloads.

The 212X is a much better cooler and will work well for cooling that Xeon
