So my mouse kept freezing so I thought it was the usb port, maybe I have to update bios which I haven't done on this computer. I update the chip intel - and the 3.0 drivers. My motherboard is a h81-s2h. After the installation my computer can't boot i'm stuck on BSOD. I tried disconnecting peripheralls but that doesn't work. Only way to fix this is to disconnect the cable from the PSU and turn it off and back on. However the BSOD comes back right after that again. I can access Windows again after disconnecting the psu and turning it back on but after I turn off the computer or restart I get a BS.

Solution
So - did you update bios or not. Can't understand that.

If you did, then bios settings have been reset and you have to restore sata controller mode setting to previous value.
Possible values are: IDE, AHCI, RAID. If you're not sure about the right one, then try all (most likely AHCI is the right one).

I downloaded an older version for some reason. Downloaded the newer one q flash installed it and everything seems to be working. Tried shutting off the computer twice didn't get BS. Also I didn't forgot to set the settings back what they were.
