I have a Samsung SyncMaster P2470HD, so it's a TV/Monitor.
When I use the HDMI output, the image quality is terrible (fuzzy, blurry and there's a very bright, white outline to text). The issue is a lot less noticeable in-game and whilst watching videos.
I know the monitor is old, but when I use the VGA port, everything is fine. My GPU (a GTX 950) drivers are up-to-date, I have tried different computers and cables, but got the same results.
