is my temperature while gaming good or hot?

hello i have a question this is my PC temperature after gaming for about 1 hour and 30 minutes playing the witcher 3 wild hunt is my gtx 970 temperature good or it is hot and my cpu temperature is good or hot and all my components are they working good and thank you this is the picture of my components under load just look at the max value that have been reached while gaming on high and ultra settings (custom for smooth gaming).

Max temp for your CPU is: 72.7 degrees Celsius and staying in the 50 degrees Celsius area is normal so your CPU temps are fine.
Your idle temps should be a few degrees Celsius over ambient room temp.

And your GPU temps are also normal.

That means in total that your system is running like 95% of other systems that has your hardware out there. Not cold and not hot. Normal.

so you are saying that my temperature are not hot they are normal or beginning to be hot and thank you

ah ok thank you so much and my room temperature is between 19 and 20 degree if this helps and my GPU is msi geforce gtx 970 4g gaming edition and my cpu is i5 750 not overclocked and thank you so much for making me rest really.
