RAM causing computer to crash while playing game

I don't know much about computer stuffs and my English is not really good so please u guys bear with me. I've built my computer with my friend's help and it was running smoothly until now ( a couple month later) the computer crashed when i was playing game and a screen popped up said that DRAMs were in the wrong slots (3,4) so i changed them to slots 1 and 3. It didn't crash for that day. However, it crashed again and the same screen popped up ( without wrong slots caution) with 2 options : F1 to enter BIOS settings and F2 to continue.
Does anybody know what issue i'm facing to ?

Computer info :
MSI Z270A gaming M7
2x8gb anarchy 2400mhz, DDR4 RAM 1.2V
Graphic card gtx 1050ti
intel i5 7600
window 10

  1. Sounds like your ram is not stable. Have enabled XMP profile in the bios which will set correct settings for your ram automatically?
  2. in the BIOS , it says No XMP Support and i tried to look up but it doesnt seem to exist
  3. 2x8gb anarchy 2400mhz, DDR4 RAM 1.2V

    Part number?

You should be able to look the SPD timings up in the SPD section of CPU-Z which you can then manually enter in the BIOS.

Weird your MB doesn't support XMP. Make sure you're on the latest bios revision as that increases memory compatibility.
