Mouse cursor jumps and audio crackles along with it. CPU usage goes up with it too.

Hi everyone. Im new to this forum and ive been having this problem for a while now.

Whenever i move my mouse around, it will sometimes jump/freeze for a second and audio crackles with it too. Ive installed latest motherboard audio drivers, and that worked for a couple days, but now its back and i dont know what to do!!!!!!

Please help me :(
 
Solution
There should be an option in hardware setting, in system properties where device manager is located. You can just did get the radio button for no. This is supposed to not let Windows Update drivers. There is also a windows update program to defer certain updates. Not sure the name, but Google should turn it up.

My system sspecs are:

Intel Core i5-7500 CPU @ 3.40GHz
DDR4 8GB RAM
GTX 970
120GB SSD
1TB HDD
Case: Corsair spec alpha
PSU: Thermaltake 550W

I remember this isssue happened and i updated my motherboard audio drivers and then it fixed it for a couple days or so then it happened again. This was around a week ago ish.

I dont really remember any other changes tbh. Can you please show me how to get to that setting? Also maybe it was the windows auto updates or is that what u mean?
