Well I have no idea where to post this thread so I figured this would be the closest fit.

When I open a game for example lets use league of legends, since it has two phases. It has the launcher, and then it loads the actual game after.

For League of legends and similar games that use a launcher based system, when I first open the launcher it's all fine. When I load a game its fine. However when I finish a game and it goes back to my desktop and the launcher, it usually has a completely black screen, and only shows clickable parts if I hover my mouse over it.

That in itself isnt that strange, it's sort of happened to me before, but where it really gets strange is when.. let me set the stage: I boot up my PC after a fresh install of my windows 7 SP1 OS, (for ease lets say I just installed league and opened and played it without fault other than the black window thing) I then don't touch it for about 5 days.

Okay. That seems fair enough. I left my computer on for 5 days which is nothing unusual for me. I then decide I want to play league of legends again. What do I see when I get a game and it loads up? It appears to be a screen cap of what my computer had open the day of the first time I opened it. I'll upload a screen cap (this post is being made December 1st when I noticed it.)

Sorry for the text wall but I felt this needed a bit of context.

This GPU is basically brand new, and had no problems before I got my new HD, so thats why I don't think it's the gpu's fault.

For the system specs:

16 GB Kingston DDR3 1886 MHZ
4690k cpu
1060 3gb GPU
Z97-HD3 MOBO

No idea if theres even a fix for this, just thought I'd see what I get.
