Fps drop help

It new a pc I always get an fps drop in my game
Like gta 5 and fortnite. But in dota 2 and lol it doesn't

specs:

Pentium G4600
Gtx 1050 ti
Msi h110m pro-vh plus
Gskills ripjaws v 4gb (1x4gb)
Psu electron plus 700w
Sata 500gb

i got 50 fps as an avg then 90% to cpu and gpu usage, so when my fps drop gpu and cpu usage drop to 50 below but gpu mostly to get drop! (bare with my english lol)
