I've swapped to an ASUS X370-F Strix mobo and I can't do a fresh install because after Windows boots up any bootable device it renders my keyboard and mouse unusable. I had tried a swap to this mobo one time a few days ago, but I realized this problem on the first boot. I've tried disabling XHCI and legacy on and off, making sure to test my 2.0 and 3.0 USB ports. None of them work after Windows boots, and I am unable to do a fresh install.
I have a USB with my new CPU's chipset driver and my mobo's driver. Is there any way I can install those drivers from there? Am I able to format a hard drive from my BIOS? Should I take my OS drive out and format it before I begin? Should I reset my mobo? I'm so peeved right now about this, I've been at this thing for 3 days lol.
