Well first question would be is my motherboard compatible with the gpu?
And my additional question is how much frames would I be looking at for skyrim + fallout 4 estimate?

First question yes. The next noone really can say unless having the same cpu+gpu combo and playing that game,also depends on what settings played. Just google the combo online and look at some vids.
