I have this motherboard : asus h81m-c
My first ram is 4GB 1600 cas 9
Another is 4GB 1600 cas 11
Um using both for few days and now my motherboard ram slot is not working (both) i want to know why

You get no post at all then? What does happen when you hit the power button? Ram sticks of different cas latency may have problems to pair with. Did you change anything in your bios? Go into your bios settings and set manually your cas latency as 11. Leave the rest auto and see if that helps.

Preciously i had another motherboard in which i used to use two ram ( one is apacher 4gb 1600 cl 11 another is apacher 4gb 1600 cas 11 ) ... But one the slot of that motherboard is not working .. so i changed motherboard and now both arent working :(

So if cas is problem then why my pervious motherboard solt gone bad?

If you are not cautious when swapping motherboard/cpu you may bent the mobo's pins. If pins are in touch between them and sorting then you get a dead ram slot quite often. Or both. I would look at the motherboard pins first. If you are not experienced with such, visit a store to have your mobo checked

I am talking about the mobo pins that are in touch with your processor. Not the ram slot pins. You will need to remove the cpu and use a magnifying glass to see them aligned and in order. If everything is ok, you need to apply new thermal paste on the cpu and re-assembly
