It's a generic drive from AliExpress. It's most likely bad. Try it another PC. You can't expect much from cheap flash drives. We ordered cheap generic flash drives as promotional give aways at my company very similar to what you linked to (Not from AliExpress). What we ordered were only 8 GB, and had our company logo, however what we found out was while they were dirt cheap, almost 1 in 5 were bad straight out of the box. We ended up having to go with a different company because we didn't want to test every drive as we can't hand customers bad flash drives (that would not be a good impression).

I typically try and buy brand name flash drives, Kingston, Samsung, etc. So far I've only had one go bad, and it was several years old when it started to have problems. It still worked, but once it started to flake out, I pitched it.

Solution
I agree with all that's been said above.

Pen drives are cheap throwaway items, if one starts giving me grief I don't even bother trying to sort it, life's too short.
Just bin it and buy a new one -- preferably a well-known brand from common RAM manufacturers like Kingston or Integral.

Buy a couple so you've got a spare.
