I want to know why my internet turns terrible after i upgrade to windows 10 from windows 7. It goes from 29.7 Mbps download and 4.57 Mbps upload to like 4 down and 3up after i install windows 10? I have installed it multiple times and it always happens. Also when i reinstall windows 7 it goes back to normal.

Have you tried installing the latest Windows 10 network drivers from your system (or motherboard) manufacturer's website instead of using the default drivers which Windows installs?

"It says i have the latest drivers when i use the AMD Driver Autodetect"
AMD drivers have nothing to do with network devices - - I specifically mentioned installing/updating your network drivers, not graphics drivers - - graphics drivers won't help in the slightest with network speed.
