What are the specs of your laptop? An iGPU will use a portion of your system RAM as VRAM it does not have it's own dedicated VRAM like a graphics card does.

You can likely run AC rouge assuming your laptop has a modern i5 or better CPU with a modern intel iGPU. You will likely have to use lower settings and possibly a lower reslution than native depending on the reolution of your laptops screen for it to run at a halfway decent framerate.
