I've had FPS issues issues ever since february, when I reinstalled my OS on my tower. I even replaced all the parts in it and installed Win7 fresh, and upgraded it to Win10, but still issues... and now I've just gotten a new laptop, which I ordered while my tower is in for "repair", and this laptop has the same damn FPS issues as my tower had. I've set the laptop up and updated the graphics drivers but.. its FPS just the same in any game, at any graphics settings... Am I cursed? I shouldn't have these issues on either machine...
