Will cooler master hyper 103 lower the cpu temps of my i7 7700 (non k) ? I dont want to buy any other cpu cooler coz i am getting a cooler master hyper 103 from my friend at a cheap price so now i am confused about upgrade form the stock cooler to hyper 103

Thanks for the replies . Can you tell me upto what temperature it is normal for a i7 kabylake processor to work without any prblm .. is 80°c a safe temperature at max load. i know its max temperature mentioned as 100°c

It usually stays aruond 65°c while playing games but suddenly it spikes upto 80°c for a second and drops again . One more thing i don't have any gpu and i am playing games on my i7 7700 igpu so is it the reason the temps are higher?
My rig description is
Processor i7 7700 (non k)
Motherboard asus rog strix b250f
Ram 16gb (2×8gb ) 2400mhz ddr4
Psu corsair VS650
Cabinet Thermaltake versa n25

Yes i will buy a gtx 1070 within a month and so i don't want to spend alot on cpu cooler (as i am saving fo the gtx 1070) . So after buying gpu the temperature may be a little lower while gaming ?
