Ye, I was thinking of z270 as well, but I only have 2400mhz on those 8gb of ram.
I got 1080p 60hz monitor
I don't live in the US.

Which country then? Can you provide a website for price over there? Ram is fine but CPU can be overclocked on Z270 and give you good performance boost. 16 go is more appropriate for new builds at this budget range and 2666+ is preferred :)

I'm from Romania. The site is www.pcgarage.ro and here is a link to my new wishlist: https://www.pcgarage.ro/vizualizare-wishlist/3045410/
I changed the ram to 3000mhz and the motherboard to z270. Have a look!

I don't think I can go any further than that, I'm not gonna upgrade my monitor, I think this would be a pretty good setup. I'll use it just for gaming, just wanna play games like pubg on medium-high.

Thanks for the help, buddy!!
Can you check my wishlist: https://www.pcgarage.ro/vizualizare-wishlist/3045778/
Some may think that gtx 1070 is overkill for 60hz monitor but i just want future proof + the 1060 already started droping frames in the AAA titles, like PUBG and games that require a high-end pc
