Yeah bro but if I changed the cpu cooler the pcpartpicker says the cooler may require a separately available mounting adapter to fit the ASRock - AB350M Pro4

So I can try to buy the computer as u told me and when I mount the computer it's not likely to have problems with the compability? and if it doesn't come with the AM4 what should I do with that kit? I im not the one whos going to mount everything. so I don't know a lot about it

The 1600 was a bit better price to performance wise than the older quad core i5's but the new coffee lake i5s have 6 cores. And while Ryzen was a big step up in IPC this is still and area where Intel leads So for gaming The i5 is the better option.
I didn't think a coffee lake build was going to be possible on your budget but it seems maxalge proved me wrong anbd dropped in a 1070 aswell.
