I am currently in a RV and I got a dsl line ran from the house im closest to to a Networking interface device on the outside of my rv. The guy came out and ran a orange cable that has a blue wire in it and a while and blue wire in it into the networking interface. WE want to extend that cord so we can hang it poles or trees but i cant find that cable. Need help to buy more line to run!

DSL runs on normal phone line. If you are going to hang it you might find UV resistant cable. If you are willing to replace it every few years you likely can use normal ethernet. If the cable is buried or even touches the grounds you need direct bury cable many soils eat normal plastics quickly.
You can use ethernet cable mostly because it is easy to find. Just use the blue and blue/white pair. Actual phone cable sometimes called cat3 might be chaper....but that is hard to say.
