Hello,

a couple months ago i bought a gaming PC for 280 euros. It had very bad specs but at that time i didnt know anything about PC's so i wanted one as quick as possible, i regret this now. I replaced the r7 260x with an r9 290, this increased my performance signifficantly. My RAM had an upgrade as well, first i had 8gb ddr3 1333mhz and now i have 12gb 1333mhz. I want to upgrade my CPU and motherboard but it's quite expensive. Should i take out the new parts and put the old parts back in and sell the PC for 280 euros and then sell my new parts to buy another second hand PC with a good CPU and GPU , My second hand site, "marktplaats" has pretty good PC deals daily. Or should i put the old parts back in and keep my 4GB ram and R9 290 and buy other parts that i need like a motherboard, CPU , Power supply etc... OR Should i sell every single component that i have, on Ebay or 'Marktplaats"? And then buy a better PC that i used to have for less money than i had spent on it before? Please let me know, -Greetings, Sam

Solution
You should try to sell everything, then get a new PC with better specs, new PC's will use DDR4 ram instead of DDR3 so none of your ram will work with a new PC.
