Instead of fullscreening the window I'm tabbed into, the F11 key makes my PC shit itself. It disables the keyboard, starts doing random commands, and the only solution I've found is restarting my PC so it reverts from whatever the hell it ends up doing. I've I'm typing something it just starts spamming random keys. It acts like a virus, now that I think about it. Anyways I have absolutely no idea how, why, or when this started. And not only that, sometimes it functions totally normally, which makes it a gamble of "Do I reset my PC or fullscreen this tab."
F11 key doesn't make anything fullscreen

If you have a KB with a function key that enables/disables F keys, try uninstalling it's driver and reinstalling it.
