Hello everyone mike_345 here (brand new member) with some questions about overclocking. i know this MOBO isn't the best for overclocking nor my cpu is intended to OC , but i'm not trying to go for 4.5ghz oc or higher....Just 4.0 GHZ.

I've been doing a lot of stress test with occt ,inter burn test and prime 95. with all this programs i've been using CPU-Z , cpuid hwmonitor , core temp and also included amd overdrive.

i think i reached the most stable oc for now...prime 95 give insanes temperatures but after 1 hour i saw that the temperature was decreasing(still high) and i saw that cpu-z vcore oscilated between
1.272vcore to 1.296 while full load.

here are some images:

and BIOS settings.

Any advise will be great and i hope to get the most stable oc for this mobo. if i forgot something just tell me and i will add it the fast as i can.

Thank you in advance

Solution
Well your current OC is OK if the system is stable Mike :)

Save your current profile in the Tools section of Bios and you have room for more.

Really, It's not worth trying to gain the extra 100-200MHz performance wise that you may get but if you're keen then no harm giving it a try.
Settings in Bios are optimal atm however a slight increase in Core voltage for say 21= 4200MHz on the multiplier (CPU Ratio) should be OK if your temps keep below 70-75C under full load. The more you increase Core voltage ofc the more you raise in core temp.

Prime95 is not the best for stability/stress testing your CPU.

Thank you mean machine for the answer, do you think that any other stress test with giving enough time would set my oc stable?, i mean if a use occt or burning intel..can i trust that i would not have problems in the future?...with this settings i had a 1hour prime 95 test and didn't get any error, is that enough?..

Too much questions from my side lol. Thank you very much

Thank you very much, i was worried that i couldn't run prime95..but i had a feeling that, that stress test was too much for my mobo to handle.
i feel confident on my OC now , ty again
