Is B&H Photo reliable?

I recently bought a graphics card off of B&H Photo. They said it was out of stock and should be back in stock soon. It still let me buy it so I was alright with that since it was pretty cheap at the time. But it's been over a week and I still haven't heard back. Should I be worried and cancel my order?

Hmmm, when should I start to be worried? I'm pretty sure when I ordered they said the product would be back in stock by Monday/Tuesday and it's Saturday now.

B & H Photo is a very big store in NYC and it's super hectic, hi-tech and cool.
When you buy things, the salesman order the robot conveyor belts to bring your box out from the warehouse.

They have been in business forever.

Sounds cool, I'm just worried I won't get my graphics card for awhile. I'll wait until like Wednesday next week then if it hasn't shipped I'll call customer service like good 'ol trusty blackbird advised.
