Is it possible to set 2 dual channel ram (flare X) at different speed onto a Msi x370?(ryzen build)

Hey guys!

I recently update my setup for productivity and i am now working on a Ryzen 1700x on a MSI x370 Gaming Plus with 2X8 Go of Ram 3200 MHZ (Gskill FlareX)
They were running at 3200 MHZ 14 14 14 34 without any problem.
More recently i decided to add two more 8Go of ram (same Flare X 3200 MHZ model)
The problem is that am not able to run them four at 3200 MHZ ( On msi website 4X8go is not in the QVL for this motherboard despite 2x8GO is). i can only use them four at 2933 with 14 14 14 34 timings set manualy.
My question is, is it possible to set the first 2x8Go at 3200MHZ and the new ones at 2933 or i have to run them four at the same speed ?
Also Doses it make a big difference to run them at 2933 instead of 3200, i am moslty working on Premiere Pro / After effect/Reason/Resolve
I guess 32Go of ram 2933 14 14 14 34 is still better than 16Go at 3200 mhz same timings dont you think?

Thank you for your help !

Bonus question: I have also bought a nVMe 250 Go flash disk, i can not use it for my medias (too much medias when i work on a project, near 1TO) but i have two options i could use it as the OS/APP disk wich is actually a Samsung 850 EVO SSD or as a dedicated cache disk for premiere/after effect instead of my second Samsung 850 EVO SSD dedicated for cache files

Which would be the most profitable ?

Thank you again :)

Solution
It is fine either way.
IF you're still eager to get them to 3200, try loosening the timings or increase memory/memory controller voltage.
Running them out of spec ofcourse might not be completely stable. And as with all voltage increases, be careful.

Okay.
If i replace those 4x8GO by 2 x 16 GO wich are "QVL approved" to run at 2933 on my motherboard do you think i have more chance to run them at 3200 Mhz than those i actually have ?
Also Do you think there is something more i could do to go at 3200 mhz with those memory sticks ?I havnt try to modify the voltage( i am bit a newbie at overcloking, and didnt want to do shit) , i have only tried to change timings / speed. I didnt try 3200 mhz with higher values, do you think i should or its kinda a waste not to run them at 14 14 14 34?

thanks

lordmogul is right but the performance difference between 2933 and 3200 is extremely small if noticeable at all so I wouldn't care about that.
