Which VGA And motherboard is better

Im going to build a pc and still deciding between these motherboard and vga :

Inno gtx 1060 single fan or Zotac gtx 1060 single fan

Gigabyte ab-350 gaming 3 or MSI b350 gaming pro

And if you want to suggest anything just tell me, because those are the cheapest stuff in my country right now, ans also im in a tight budget Thanks!

It looks like the Gigabyte gives you a bit more in things like 4 memory slots instead of 2. So the MSI board would be a better buy if A) it costs less and B) it has what you need. I'd probably go with Zotac, only because I'm more familiar with them. In real life use they are pretty much the same.

Essential, no. But then there is a single point of failure on your video card to just stop working and it will be a louder as well.

If louder is ok, get the single.

No they are the same. AB is just what some brands use to indicate it is for AMD because they know that Intel is also going to release a 350 chipset and the two 350's are not compatible.
