MSI b250 artic won't post

Just got a B250M Mortar Artic to upgrade my gig...

CPU i7-6700 (booting fine on old machine)
Ram: 4x HMA451U6AFR8N - Hynix UDIMM 4gb DDR Pc4 2133

It would spin up then slow down spin up then slow down the CPU and Memory diagnostic LED flashes

The memory stick are brand new. I have no other board to test DDR4 tried to reset the CMOS still no love. U think I got a DOA?

Best you can expect is to boot using either 1 or 2 sticks.

If you want to use four sticks you need to buy a kit of four not single modules. Problem is your choice of memory.

Do not buy single modules to combine in multiples as their is no guarantee on such combinations.

Judging by the brand you most likely have a bad stick. Try one stick closest to the CPU and see if it posts.

These are Hynix ram

I got the system to boot using either 1 or 2 sticks but it won't boot once I add the 3rd stick in. THey're 1rx8 stick could that be the issue?

I just bought the board so I can return it for something that's a little less sensitive with memory stick.
