Replacing a pre built graphics card water pump.

So i have a 980 ti hybrid EVGA and it has water pump issues. Sometimes it doesn't start and I have to give it a few taps on the bottom. i am pretty experienced in the assembly of computers and water cooling and I was wondering if any of you know if it is possible to install a new cooling block or pump, and if so would it need to be a specfic type? I just do not want to tear the card open and mess something up if it is not possible. get any asetek made AiO with connectors on the side - http://www.asetek.com/desktop/do-it-yourself/
you might need to modify the shroud to rout the tubes. if you have a little extra, get NZXT G12 - it is universal for any nvidia card so you can reuse with future GPU upgrade.
