They will work at the rated 3200MHz provided you set the XMP profile to 1 in your bios (very easy, you should see XMP listed in your bios and just change to profile 1) otherwise they will run at 2666MHz. Nothing to worry about this is normal as technically anything above 2666Mhz is an overclock from the Memory manufacturer but you will have no problems at all running at 3200...Have fun..
