So I have recently bought a amd fx 8370. I have a gtx 960 4gb and I’m thinking about getting another one and duel sliing them will there be any major bottle necking or will the cpu handle it fine?

Going sli with a 960 is not such a good idea since only a few games do sli right anymore. You can sell your 960 and get a single card that will work in every game and give you a good performance increase.
