I just put my new pc together, and it just won't turn on. I currently have just the board, cpu and ram plugged in just to see if I can make it stay on.
I have:
Z370 HD3
I5-7500
Corsair vs550 psu
And 2x8gb vengeance lpx
It turns on for less than a second (fan spin once) and the cpu led light up on the status LEDs. But then it turns off
