Hello guys!
So i've recently bought a new GPU and CPU and i tried (for the 1st time i think) the "Asus optimal mode" for best performance on my mobo (i have normal and eco aswell) and i've noticed a huge improvment at fps from that.
Now the question, is there a problem that i leave the PC in that mode because i don't want every time i quit a game to restart the pc and switch it to normal from bios, does it push the PC too much or something like that (i dont know exactly what it does) even when i don't play, only browsing, because i don't want something to happen even if i have a pretty nice fps boost?
Another thing, i have everything for like 6 years or so besides the cpu and gpu.
Thank you in advance!

Solution
You can leave it like that but it's better to overclock it some from BIOS. Most programs add more voltage to the CPU than is needed to ensure it runs.

Can you be a little more detalied? I'm not that sure what that Asus optimal does, i switched it from bios.
And you mean to overclock my cpu? I'm not such an overclocker myself so that isn't what i'm looking for that much, thanks for the reply.
