Solution

That will depend on what CPU/MB you are planning on going with.

But normally a good quality 550W PSU like a Corsair TX550W or a Seasonic Focus 550W would be my 1st recommendations.

No matter what you choose to do the PSU would be the 1st primary thing you need to buy. It is a good PSU, but with only 360W on the 12V that will need to be replaced before upgrading anything else.

I would do the MB, CPU, Ram and PSU all at once as you would have too anyway.

And then the Graphics card and add a 240 or 250 GB SSD.

If your gaming then get a video card. That power supply with what you already have should run a GTX 1060 3GB/6GB card and would be over 100% better than the card you already have adding just 45 more watts to your TDP.

Other than that you would need a new PC.
You could upgrade the power supply along with the card if in budget.

would upgrading to a gtx 1060 as Zerk2012 said be possible with my psu?

With only 360W on the 12V I wouldn't, but it may work Ok as a temporary solution.

Upgrading storage would be a good and cheap upgrade. Good 7200rpm hard drives are really cheap.

Other than that, personally, I would upgrade the CPU, mobo, and ram first, get something a little more updated, and then the GPU and PSU. Not telling you what to do or anything, but I would probably upgrade to something like a Ryzen 3 which would need a different mobo and ram, then to an rx580 and a more capable psu.
