Parts:
Cpu: Intel - Core i7-7700 3.6GHz Quad-Core Processor
Motherboard: Asus - STRIX H270F GAMING ATX LGA1151 Motherboard
Memory: Corsair - Vengeance LPX 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-2666 Memory
Video Card: Asus - GeForce GTX 1060 3GB 3GB Dual Video Card
Power Supply: Corsair - CSM 650W 80+ Gold Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master - Hyper 412S 52.6 CFM CPU Cooler

When I first put it together I tried both onboard and my old gpu with no change, Ive reseated everything. Swapped memory sticks 1 by 1 different slots.
Tried 3 different monitors with different cables.

After discussing with the support of the webstore I sent the motherboard back, which they confirmed broken(got my money back).

Went to a store nearby city and bought an identical motherboard. Installed everything once again and now there is still: Dvi no signal when booting.

Current plan consists of installing the PSU and GPU in my old PC to see if they work there just to rule them out. Otherwise I'm completely boggled and in dire need of tips. Could it be that the 2nd mb is broken aswell or is there some other issue in the mix of parts or the likes?

Solution
It's a memory issue. Maybe you're not properly installing the RAM sticks. Try testing with single RAM each slot. Try also testing different RAM (borrowing one).

I also acquired a system speaker today and regardless of which gpu old/new/onboard I get: One Long Beep, Two Short Beeps: Video Problem.

Update: Installed both new PSU and GPU in my old PC and it works just fine, so they are ruled out.
