Hey, this is my first post and first time building a pc! I have been having a couple of issues with my pc since I have built it. Before anybody asks, yes I have already updated all of my drivers. While first setting up this pc, I was booting into windows and every time, I would get a blue screen. Usually its stop error code would be IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL. I was looking through the settings in the UEFI/BIOS (because what else can you do?) when I came across something called EZ OC, I assumed that OC stood for OverClock and I was right. It was set to "Normal", so I decided to play around with that a little because I heard that overclocking could possibly be the root of all evil in the computer world. So I switched it to the "Saving" mode, but I still got a blue screen when booting into windows. I decided to try out the last setting called "Performance". What do you know? It got into windows without blue screening once. I thought everything was all good and dandy until I realized what I had built this PC for, gaming. So I did the usual, set up steam, I got Call of Duty Black Ops 3 installed, booted into the game. 15 minutes into a game of zombies and I blue screened again. These bluescreens don't just come out of nowhere while gaming, it happens while using other programs such as "Paint.net" (bootleg photoshop). I have tried going back into UEFI/BIOS and tweaking the RAM timings, on the RAM sticks that I bought, the timings are 16-18-18-38 and that is exactly what I put them to. Some people online were saying that if you get blue screens like this, you should try to turn down your frequency on your memory. I turned my frequency from 2133 Mhz to 3200 Mhz previously. So I decided that for every blue screen I would turn my frequency down by 200 Mhz just to get a good idea of how well my RAM could run. So I turned it down all the way until 1600 Mhz and stopped going down because I decided to write this instead. I am honestly expecting my pc to crash before writing the end of this. I thought it would be my RAM because I have already examined my GPU, messing with its frequencies to try and get games to work well and not crash every 15 minutes or so, I haven't done any sort of overclocking to my CPU so I am pretty sure that my issue wouldn't be with that. I looked through some of the stop error codes that I was getting, and I came across PAGEFAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA, SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION, and KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED. Apparently some of these have to do with Kernel Mode which I know very little about and do not know any ways to fix issues that occur in kernel mode. I played around with some of the page filing settings in windows 10 to see if that would fix it, it didn't. I doubt my hard drive has anything to do with this. I have already tested all of my USB devices to see if they could be the cause of this issue, and they are not. I updated all of my drivers and payed extra attention to my graphics drivers, reinstalling them numerous times. I reinstalled windows 10 like 3 times. I have reset CMOS numerous times as well. I used XMP Profiles which did input all of my RAM settings correctly. I did the windows memory diagnostics test twice and both times were completely successful with no issues found. I tested both of my RAM sticks in different spots and independently, no luck there. I took out my motherboard's battery and put it back in. I heard of some people saying that their RAM makes sounds, I don't think mine does because either my fan is loud or it is too quiet to be heard. For some reason in Sony Vegas, I cannot render videos without getting a blue screen. I played around in the NVidia control panel with things like Veritcal Sync in Video games. I made sure my pcie slots were getting as much power as they needed in windows. I disabled and enabled write caching on my hard drive. I also seriously doubt that I have any sort of malware because I have made sure to only download trusted programs such as steam, discord, open broadcaster software (obs), etc. I used to "WhoCrashed" to analyze my dump files, and on almost all of them, they were saying that it may be due to faulty RAM, it might be a driver issue, and that it is most likely not a hardware issue. I'm sorry for this being so long, thank you guys so much for your help and quick replies are always appreciated!

To sum it all up, I am getting blue screens when actually doing stuff on this PC. When I don't have EZ OC set to "Performance" in the Gigabyte UEFI/BIOS (Version F7) the PC blue screens while booting up into windows. My RAM is advertised to run at 3200 Mhz. I get error codes like SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION, KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED_, IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL, occasionally DRIVER_OVERRAN_STACK_BUFFER, KERNEL_SECURITY_CHECK_FAILURE, and PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA. I haven't touched overclocking the CPU. I overclocked the GPU just a tad bit, but nothing that would cause something as crazy as all of these blue screens (I think). I have always been getting these BSODs ever since I built this PC, even before I Overclocked my GPU. A fast response will be greatly appreciated, thank you guys so much.
