Can hard disk damaged by other parts such as board or psu ?

I just bought new hard disk. Everything was fine and after few days of use. I saw some blue screens usually and then next day hard disk makes clicking noise and wont start OS. So i replaced it and exact same thing happened and here we are maybe board or psu damaging my hard disk.

Without it working right, nothing works right, and when it's faulty it can take everything with it. What is the model number, as shown on the label located on the power supply, for your unit?
