Ryzen no post

I am trying to post on screen with the CPU and it will not post I tried using only one stick of RAM and even know sticks everything is booting up at the post won’t show on the screen.
CPU: ryzen 3 1200
Mobo: gig a320ma m.2
Ram: ddr4 16gig

Do you have a discrete graphics card?

Ryzen doesn't have integrated graphics.

I used a 1070 but still the same result.
I also tried to plug a keyboard and that also didn’t work

Did you plug monitor into the 1070 or the Mobo?

Go through the install again, make sure all cables are tight and secure. Make sure graphics card is fully seated into pcie slot.
