Overclocking ryzen 5 1400

Hello i want to overclock my CPU to 3.6-3.8GHz on my ryzen 1400
My current rig is
AMD ryzen 5 1400
Asus GTX 1050ti
Asus prime b350m-k
8gb crucial 2133mhz ddr4
Stock cooler
Is this possible/safe?
And also any advices? I know very little about overclocking so please explain Well, thank you:)

yes, the stock cooler is really good. I am overclocking my 1600 to 3.8 with stock cooler right now. For CPU, just play with VCore voltage and clock speed. Goal is to achieve stable highest speed using lowest voltage. I suggest start with 1.3v, 3.5GHz and increase speed slowly. Find a sweet spot and call it a day. Test stability using prime95. make sure temp is less than 85 when under load. Kill the test if you feel uncomfortable with the high temp and lower voltage.
