My motherboard Asus Z370-P does have two dual channel memeory slots(4 DDr4 ram slots).
My question is simply: Can i put a set of Corsair(2400 mhz, 4gb each) in one of the dual channels, lets say the gray one. And then add a set of Kingston(2400mhz, 4gb each) in the black dual channel slots?

Correct, even if you buy the same model number something may have changed in the manufacturing process since you bought the first set. Even if the specs and model match or are very close chances are it will work, but there is always a chance it won't.

A reminder about QVL, there are many sticks of ram from different manufacturers that are never tested. So, purchase your ram from a respectable vendor who will exchange the ram in case there is a problem. Need less to say, match the ram you purchase to the specs of the MB. Enjoy your new system.
