A couple of questions about water cooling on my very first build

Hey guys, I've bought the components to build a pc from scratch with some good black friday and cyber monday sales and the graphics card I bought comes with a waterblock for liquid cooling.

1:. Do I've to buy the entire liquid cooling set (radiator, pump, fans... waterblock's included in GPU) if I'm not doing any heavy OC?
1.1:. I've done the estimation for the liquid cooling build and it would be about 300€ (a bit pricey for the cooling parts imo), any suggestions to lower the cost?

2:. Do you guys recommend liquid cooling or air cooling with this graphics card in mind?

CPU:i5-8400
GPU:MSI GeForce GTX 1080 Seahawk EK X
Case:NZXT - S340 Elite (i know not ideal for liquid cooling)
PSU:Corsair 650W

Solution
You can not overclock the Intel CPUs which do not have "K" at the end, meaning they should be unlocked to gain the OC capability. For example you can Overclock Core i5 8600k, i7 8700k but can not overclock i5 8400. Regardless of that, you will never "need" a water cooler because many good air cooler can beat an AIO water cooler. Its been 6 years since I am using a $22 Hyper 212 EVO and it keeps my CPU chill all the time even when I overclock in summer days.

Not sure what you're asking. If you're asking if you need watercooling to heavily overclock, the answer is no.

You can't overclock your CPU anyway, so a custom loop would be a massive waste of money, unless you're main goal is looks.
You'd get way more performance per $ if you were to just buy better components with cheaper cooling solutions.
