PUBG running terrible with high end PC...

Pubg runs very slow at times. The buildings won't load in till i'm on the ground, lag spikes, even on low settings.
I7-6700k
GeForce GTX 980 Ti GAMING 6G
8GB DDR4
PSU CX 750
MB MSI H110M GAMING
TEMPS ARE FINE...

Your specs are good, they are all at least last-gen flagship things for the the main components. Make sure your display cables (dvi, HDMI, etc) are plugged into the graphics card ports, not the mobo/integrated gpu ones

My teammate had a very similar issue. We were running similar rigs. Turns out PUBG is highly dependent on internet connection. He moved, got a decent cable connection and the issue was resolved. Trouble shoot your connection and ensure that you're getting the speeds and latency you'd expect.

Also, I don't see a HD on your parts list. Are you on SSD?
